Spherical Optics Company
We have been creating spherical products that can be used in a variety of applications for over 40 years. A spherical lens can be composed of one or many elements and can serve in very different areas. We are proud to create quality optical components for use in imaging, industry, and even defense. We are engaged in the creation of a range of optical lenses, which include Plano-Convex, Double-Convex, Plano-Concave, Double-Concave, IR Lenses, and UV Lenses. We offer one of the largest inventories of optical lenses in the world.Plano-Concave Lenses

Spherical Lens Manufacturer
PFG offers extensive spherical lens manufacturing capabilities with experience polishing all types of optical glasses, fused silica, and crystalline materials including CaF2 and ZnSe. We choose the best process technology to ensure such specifications for spatial frequency or low surface roughness on a given substrate are optimized to achieve maximum optical performance. Truncation included angle, steep, or long radii – we likely have the best practice for timely and efficient production.

Custom Spherical Optics
Spherical lenses and optics are utilized by many industries, such as astronomy, aerospace, imaging and sensing, medical diagnostics, and measurements and testing. Optical lenses with exceedingly tight tolerancing are used often instead of assemblies that need active aligning or are extremely difficult to produce. The industry relies on our interferometers to measure concave spherical lenses, whether it’s several meters or only a few millimeters in total diameter. These interferometers are capable of measuring both of these types, accompanied by a large variety of references to correspond with test pieces. Steep slopes are easily measured with systems.
